These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Hustle Tracker ("the app"), developed by Yusuf Ozmen ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. App Description

Hustle Tracker is a personal finance tool for tracking side hustle income and expenses, estimating quarterly self-employment taxes, and managing recurring transactions. The app operates entirely on your device with no server component.

2. Subscriptions

Hustle Tracker offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Hustle Tracker Pro") with two plans: monthly and yearly. Subscription features include unlimited side hustles, full tax center access, unlimited recurring transaction templates, and complete data export.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are set by the App Store and may vary by region and currency.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. The Developer does not process payments or refunds directly.

4. Tax Calculation Disclaimer

Important: The tax estimates provided by Hustle Tracker are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice. Tax calculations are based on publicly available tax bracket information and standard self-employment tax rates, which may not reflect your specific tax situation. You should consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your circumstances. The Developer is not responsible for any decisions made based on the app's tax estimates.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of personal income and expense tracking. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the app to third parties outside of mechanisms provided by Apple

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Hustle Tracker are the property of the Developer. Your purchase or subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In particular, the Developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of tax calculations, financial projections, or any other computed values in the app.

8. Data and Privacy

All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. The app does not transmit any data to external servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
