How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open PlumbCalc Pro, tap the lock icon on any Pro calculator, then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the upgrade screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone > tap your Apple ID at the top > Subscriptions > PlumbCalc Pro > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Which plumbing codes are supported?

PlumbCalc Pro supports the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). You can switch between them in the App's settings. Gas pipe calculations reference the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC).

Does the App work offline?

Yes. PlumbCalc Pro is 100% offline. All calculations, code tables, and features work without an internet connection. Your data is stored locally on your device.

How do I switch between Imperial and Metric units?

Go to the App's Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and select your preferred unit system. All calculators will update automatically.

How does voice input work?

In calculators that support fixture input, tap the microphone icon and speak your fixtures (e.g., "2 water closets"). The App uses on-device speech recognition — your voice data never leaves your device.

Can I export my calculations?

Yes. Pro users can generate PDF reports from any saved calculation. The PDF includes all input values, results, and applicable code references. Use the share button to email or save the PDF.

What's included in the free version?

Three calculators are free: Drainage Pipe Sizing, Fixture Reference, and Drainage Slope. Unlock all 12 calculators with a monthly subscription ($3.99/month with a 7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($9.99).

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund.
