Trade Calculator Suite — ConcreteCalc Pro, ElectriCalc

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using any application published by Trade Calculator Suite ("we", "us", "our"), including ConcreteCalc Pro and ElectriCalc ("the Apps").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the Apps.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps provide construction-related calculators for estimating material quantities, costs, and specifications. The Apps are tools designed to assist with planning and estimation.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Important: The calculations, estimates, and building code references provided by our Apps are for informational and estimation purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural, or construction advice.

• Always verify calculations independently before purchasing materials or beginning construction.
• Building codes vary by jurisdiction. Code references in the Apps (IRC, ACI 318, ASTM, NCMA) are provided as general guidance only. Always consult your local building authority for applicable codes.
• Actual material yields may vary based on site conditions, mix ratios, temperature, and other factors.
• We are not responsible for any material waste, cost overruns, structural issues, or other consequences resulting from reliance on calculations provided by the Apps.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Our Apps offer optional paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases via the Apple App Store.

• Free features: Basic calculator functionality (Slab calculator) is available at no cost.
• Pro features: Additional calculators, job saving, PDF export, widget, and Siri shortcuts require a Pro subscription.
• Subscription options: Monthly and yearly plans are available. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at any time.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. You may request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of the Apps are the intellectual property of Trade Calculator Suite and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Apps.

6. User-Generated Content

Data you create within the Apps (saved jobs, notes, photos, company information) belongs to you. This data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible by us. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Calculator Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Apps available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Subscription features will remain available for the duration of your active subscription period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trade Calculator Suite operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
