Trade Calculator Suite ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile applications including ConcreteCalc Pro and ElectriCalc. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps handle your information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not:

• Collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers
• Require account creation or login
• Use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks
• Share any data with third parties
• Use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• Access your contacts, location, microphone, or calendar

2. Data Stored On Your Device

Our apps store the following data locally on your device only:

• Calculation history: Your past calculations are saved on-device so you can review them later.
• Saved jobs: Job names, addresses, notes, and attached photos are stored in the app's local database.
• App preferences: Settings such as unit system, appearance mode, default pricing, and waste factors are stored in on-device preferences (UserDefaults).
• Company information: If you choose to add your company name, address, phone number, license number, or logo for PDF estimates, this information is stored locally on your device only.

None of this data ever leaves your device. We have no ability to access, view, or retrieve it.

3. Photo Library Access

Our apps may request access to your photo library so you can:

• Attach job site photos to saved calculations
• Set a company logo for PDF estimates

Photos you select are stored locally within the app's data container on your device. They are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our apps offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. 5. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since our apps do not collect data from any user, no special provisions for children are required.

6. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete individual saved jobs and calculation history from within the app.
• You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app from your device.
• No data remains on any server after deletion because no data was ever transmitted to a server.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social media SDKs. The only third-party service involved is Apple's StoreKit framework for processing in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

8. Security

Your data is protected by iOS's built-in security features, including app sandboxing and device encryption. Since data never leaves your device, there is no risk of server-side data breaches.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
