Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ElectriCalc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Description of Service

ElectriCalc is a professional electrical calculation tool that provides wire sizing, voltage drop, ampacity, conduit fill, box fill, load calculation, derating, motor sizing, transformer sizing, and ground wire sizing calculations based on the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Canadian Electrical Code (CEC).

Subscriptions

Free Features

ElectriCalc provides three calculators at no charge: Voltage Drop, Ampacity, and Ground Wire Sizing.

ElectriCalc Pro Subscription

ElectriCalc Pro unlocks all 10 calculators, unlimited calculation history, PDF export, and sharing features. Two subscription options are available:

Monthly: $9.99 USD per month
Yearly: $59.99 USD per year

Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Professional Disclaimer

ElectriCalc is intended as a reference and calculation aid for licensed electricians and qualified electrical professionals. The App does not replace professional judgment, field verification, or compliance with local codes and regulations.

All calculations should be verified by a qualified professional before use in any electrical installation.
Local amendments to the NEC or CEC may affect the applicability of calculations.
The App provides calculations based on standard conditions; actual field conditions may vary.
We are not responsible for any errors in electrical installations based on calculations from this App.

Intellectual Property

ElectriCalc and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Trade Calc Suite and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Calc Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
